Qigong on Zoom

The gentle, rhythmic moves of Qigong softly stretch and massage every muscle, tendon, ligament, fascia and the skin, which increases the smooth circulation of energy and fluids throughout the entire body. Every organ and tissue is cleansed, strengthened and nourished which promotes all-round good health and well-being.

Classes are held on Friday mornings from 7.30 to 8.30 am for Qigong Practices, followed by an optional 15 minutes – 8.30 to 8.45am of Q & A, or silent sitting meditation.

* Each class recording will be made available to download for two weeks, in case you can’t make it on the day.
