I have been a Tai Chi and Qigong student with Shirsha Marie for 14 years. The alignment and deep breathing practices of Qigong really improve my posture and support my health. The mixed Qigong and Tai Chi class is a focal point of my week as a chance to reset energetically. The practice has enhanced my balance, attitude and posture.
