The Eight Treasures of Health – Tai Chi-Qigong Exercises
Learn gentle, healing Tai Chi-Qigong exercises which quieten the mind, calm the nervous system, boost the immune system and safe-guard your health. The softly flowing moves of the White Crane Set are smooth and harmonious. This gentle, self-caring approach to physical activity is your greatest ally for your health and well-being during times of stress.
As all exercises are performed in a standing posture, it is comfortable to view them on your screen and easy to follow the instruction and exercise safely. You don’t need much space to practice – anywhere in your home or garden will do. Nor do you need any special equipment or clothing. Just bring yourself and some water to drink.
Classes are held on Friday mornings from 7.30 to 8.30 am for Qigong Practices, followed by an optional 15 minutes – 8.30 to 8.45am of Q & A, or silent sitting meditation.
* Each class recording will be made available for one week, in case you can’t make it on the day.
