Joint Warm-ups & the Shibashi Set
Learn softly flowing exercises which calm the mind, boost the immune system, safe-guard your health and maintain physical and mental well-being. During times of stress, it is best not to over-exert yourself with exercise that is either too strenuous or creates tension. Qigong moves are smooth and harmonious and this gentle, self-caring approach to physical activity is your greatest ally for self-healing.
As all exercises are performed in a comfortable standing posture, it is easy to view them on your screen, follow the instruction and exercise safely. You don’t need much space to practice – anywhere in your home or garden will do. Nor do you need any special equipment or clothing. Just bring yourself and some water to drink.
Each class will be available for repeat viewing. You will be able to access the class recording until 5pm on the following Monday. Enjoy!
