As all exercises are performed in a comfortable standing posture, it is easy to view them on your screen, follow the instruction and exercise safely. You don’t need much space to practice – anywhere in your home or garden will do. Nor do you need any special equipment or clothing. Just bring yourself and some water to drink. Enjoy!
